Because every piece is made by hand, tiny variations in color, finish, or pattern are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship and make each set uniquely yours—they are not defects.
Refunds And Cancellation Policy
Refunds
If you believe you have received an incorrect order (e.g., a shipment error or wrong product type), email contact@showyournails.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations

20-Piece Universal Sets: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation.

10-Piece Custom Sets: These are produced to your exact size specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Unauthorized Charges
If you notice a charge you don’t recognize, please first confirm whether a family member/colleague used the card. If still unrecognized, contact contact@showyournails.com within 30 days of the transaction so we can investigate. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for charges later determined to be authorized.
